Practice habits
What is a trading journal and why keep one?
A trading journal is a simple log of every trade: why you took it, how it went and what you felt. It shows you patterns you cannot see in the moment.
Write down the pair, the time, your entry, stop and target, why you took the trade and the result.
Add one line about how you felt. Many mistakes come from feelings like fear, boredom or wanting to win back a loss.
Review the journal every week. Look for the setups that work for you and the habits that cost you.
