Practice habits
Should I practice on a demo account first?
Yes. A demo account uses pretend money on real prices, so you can learn the buttons, test your plan and make mistakes for free.
Treat demo like practice before a real game. Use the same size and rules you would use with real money, or the practice will not teach you much.
Demo has limits. Fills can look better than live, and pretend money does not make you nervous. Grade 8 shows how to measure your demo results honestly.
Move to live only when your plan, your journal and your risk rules are steady on demo.
