Common questions
How do I cancel my web Premium subscription?
Email support@candleread.com with the email you used to subscribe and we will cancel the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the paid period.
How do I cancel my iOS app subscription?
Apple manages all iOS app subscriptions. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, tap Candleread, and choose Cancel. We do not have the ability to cancel Apple subscriptions on your behalf.
Can I get a refund?
Web Premium is covered by a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. Email support@candleread.com and we will refund you through Stripe. Course programs are refundable within 14 days or before the second live cohort session, whichever is earlier. iOS subscriptions are refunded by Apple — see reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Email support@candleread.com from the address tied to your account. We delete every record we have on you within 7 business days and confirm by email. (Tax records we are legally required to keep are the only exception.)
I do not understand a term I saw in a lesson.
