Common questions
How do I cancel my web Pro subscription?
Email support@candleread.com with the email you used to subscribe and we will cancel the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the paid period.
How do I cancel my iOS app subscription?
Apple manages all iOS app subscriptions. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, tap Candleread, and choose Cancel. We do not have the ability to cancel Apple subscriptions on your behalf.
Can I get a refund?
Web Pro is covered by the published refund window. Email support@candleread.com and we will review the Stripe refund path. Course and mentorship policies stay subject to the final public terms. iOS subscriptions are refunded by Apple — see reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Email support@candleread.com from the address tied to your account. We delete every record we have on you within 7 business days and confirm by email. (Tax records we are legally required to keep are the only exception.)
I do not understand a term I saw in a lesson.
