Founder pricing rewards early subscribers who back Candleread before the proof catalog is fully visible. Once the first 500 seats are claimed, the price moves to the standard $29/month rate. Founders keep their original rate as long as the subscription stays active.
What happens to my founder rate if I cancel?+
If you cancel and then re-subscribe later, you re-enter at whatever the current public price is. The founder rate is held for active subscriptions, not banked indefinitely.
Do I need a broker to use Candleread?+
No. The whole curriculum runs without any broker login. When you're ready to compare a broker, the methodology page documents the criteria behind each pick.
Will Pro require broker credentials or account data?+
Never. Pro is education-only by design — practice scenarios, lessons, skill-tree progress. No broker login, no account import, no live trade calls. That's a hard boundary.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from the App Store subscriptions screen on iOS (or your billing portal if you subscribe on web). Access continues until the end of your current paid period. Apple handles all iOS refunds under their standard policy.
Web vs iOS — is it the same Pro?+
The feature set is aligned, but billing is platform-local for v1.0. iOS subscriptions go through Apple. Web subscriptions go through Stripe. Until the account bridge ships, choose the surface where you want Pro access.
